So I just completed the 2nd of a 2 seminar series. The first was Discovery (see past post) and this past weekend I completed Focus. It was amazing! Simply amazing. Some of the processes they had were too controversial for me to actually enjoy them...some down right disturbing. But in each of these processes I learned something about myself.
This was a 4 day seminar from 8:00 am to midnight. It was extremely intense and I value what I have learned. I feel more at ease with myself and feel more confident in knowing who I really am. Fun Melanie is back! I haven't seen her in years.
